Go to the Ripperdoc in Kabuki at the location on the map (see image). He sells a legs mod called Reinforced Tendons which gives you the ability to double jump. This can help you traverse Night City better, especially if you enjoy parkour. There are access points in higher places that you can reach with this mod.
