Once you receive the Techno-Key that opens the Ancient Portal from Diaspora Station, enter the far left door in the Ruins of the Red House. Dash Stab to destroy the red electrified gloves and exit the left door into the Red Hall. Keep going left until you reach the door where you insert the Techno-Key granting you access to the Portal.
