You might be able to hit your flick shot on CS: GO but Bloodhunt is a different environment with players using teleportation skills and special powers to aid them in the game. While professional players might be able to manage shooting enemies with precision, newbies should definitely stick to rapid-fire weapons for the best shot at killing anything.
