In Citizen Sleeper, it’s not possible to make every NPC happy with your choices. Someone will eventually get hurt and leave you. SO, when making difficult choices try to make choices that favor you. Don’t cut off NPCs that are important for your character. You can try other choices in your next playthrough and see where that leads you.
