The Clan Creator is a minigame within Yakuza 6. You can recruit members and send them into battle against a rival clan. Characters have different attributes and fall into different classes. You can enter codes by speaking with Masao to add powerful characters that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to obtain. The characters you can add range from Common to Super Rare.
