Rogues only have 2 primary weapons. Mastering a weapon allows for any rogue to use that weapon. Only if their weapon class matches the mastered weapon. Example: Mastering a sniper, allows a rogue that has a sniper as a primary can change to the mastered weapon. Instead of using their default weapon.
