Mostly players that are looking to make their character a power-hitter avoid increasing the contact attribute. That is the biggest mistake they make as it becomes impossible to hit a home run with a good contact skill bar. If you do not increase the contact attribute, the zone for a good hit would shrink to the size of a pinhead.
