If you're tired of repeating a certain area because of death and having to kill enemies along the way, don't even bother. You might not know but killing enemies isn't necessary unless you're locked out of a room. Also, the number of Souls you gain from killing smaller enemies isn't worth wasting time re-killing enemies after death. Just run away from them if you rather make progress.
