reaching this level unlocks talents, which is a new tab in the main menu. Fortunately, you can achieve this by simply playing a couple of matches and completing daily missions. From here, you can start equipping Glyphs, which will strengthen a character's stats. Additionally, you can change some of their abilities from here, although that will require a bit more time.
