There is a brick platform with a gold coin beneath it. You will not be able to slam through the ground with SpongeBob alone. Once you unlock Patrick, return to this location with him and both slam into the brick ground and you will access an area full of coins, including an area to the far left with a trampoline that you jump onto to take you to the secret spatula on the red tower.
