First, unlock Rampage from the Skills menu. Attack enemies repeatedly. The white outline of your current weapon icon will begin to fill yellow. If you wait too long to attack (10+ secs.) you lose the build-up. Once the weapon icon is full, your Rampage gauge is active and begins to slowly drain. Your weapon glows and you deal 20% more damage as long as you quickly attack to keep the gauge up.
