How to convince the Soccer Trainer in Ybiza

First visit the travel agent in Leysure Island to unlock Hawayy. Travel to Hawayy and go to the T-shirt shop where you can switch to the soccer uniform. Come back to Ybiza and talk to Diego. He'll let you play a soccer mini-game to finish the goal.
