When encountering Draugr enemies in the swamp located inside of Sunken Crypts, there is a chance that they can spawn infinitely. To stop them from spawning, you need to find their Body Pile which can be hard to see. You can use either a Pickaxe or Bow & Arrows to destroy the Body Piles. Clear out the room first and look for a Body Pile on the floor.
