How to get Eri to join your party
Eri Kamataki is the ex-president of Ichiban Confections turned secretary you meet after Nonomiya's death. In order for her to join your party, play the Company Management mini-game at Ichiban Confections and get your share price ranking to 100. Once you do that, meet Eri at Survive Bar and she'll join your party.
