Start at Ancestral Woods site of grace at Nokron, Eternal City. Left of the Hallowhorn Grounds is an entrance to the cliffside with a group of jellyfish. Stay to the left side of the cliff and once you see a large tower/structure you can drop down the side of cliff (see image). Follow the cave path and rest at the Aqueduct-Facing Cliffs grace. At the edge of the cliff you can drop down.
