Currently there are only two ways to play Elden Ring on PS5 at 60 frames per second and both require that you own a copy of the PS4 version. 1. Own the digital PS5 version. Press the Options button on the game image in the menu and then select and install the PS4 version. 2. Own the physical disc PS4 version. Install and play the PS4 disc version. Do not install the PS5 upgrade.
