Once you reach level 22, make sure to join a guild. You can only participate in Raids, Territory Battles, and Territory Wars by being in a guild. Some characters you can only unlock by participating in raids such as Han Solo and General Kenobi. You also can request gear pieces from your fellow guild mates.
