There is a nice XP bump for killing someone deemed the champion from the carnage they caused in their last round. If you hunt and kill them, not only do you have one of the better players on the board out of the way, but you’ll earn 500XP for your troubles. If you’re a risk-taker, it might be worth hunting them.
