Level up White and Black Mage to a minimum of level 5

In Bravely Default 2, leveling up both White and Black Mage is necessary due to their abilities and other perks. You will get the Lunar Powered ability at Black Mage Level 5 that also revives some MP back, just like the Solar Powered ability of White Mage.
