Keep an eye out for the various shops (especially junk shops) in the game. You’ll be surprised that they sometimes offer items that provide permanent stats and bonuses. These items are usually pretty expensive but definitely worth purchasing since you won’t have to use any Perk or Attribute Points to give your character a boost.
