Open the Capital Balcony
To complete this optional objective, first get the Techno-Key to the Capital Balcony: 1. From Floppy Island, go far left to the Cavern of the Well. 2. Defeat the enemy inside by attacking it with Blue Wild Fire. 3. The Techno-Key is given to you in the small cave to the left. 4. Go back into the Symbol Transcriptor by the Old Telephone Box to visit the balcony.
