To break the seal in this area, first find the Evergaol. It’s the purple glowing seal at the back side of the town next to the imp statues. Enter the Evergaol and find the 4 praying statues. Light the candles at each of the statues. You’ll notice that there’s an assassin that bothers you the entire time. To avoid him, equip Black Knife Armor or use items such as Soft Cotton to reduce sound.
