Pipe Path Tower: Key Location
The key to the Cat Shine locked in the bird cage can be found by riding the pipes until they take you up to the Lighthouse. Look to the left side, the key is on a platform below by glass pipes. The key is only revealed once the objective "Key to the Cat Shine" appears. To get the key back safely, use the Tanooki (Raccoon) Suit and float back to the starting area.
