Quickly map the perimeter of your spawn island
Mapping quickly relies on the power of the first boss, Eikthyr. Eat, be rested, and bring your usual tools, weapons, and some food along. Head towards the shore. Sheathe your weapon & shield, then activate Eikthyr power. Run along the water's edge until it runs out. Collect food along the way. Don't go into swamp or mountain, stay along edge. Cook and hunt while power is in cool-down. Repeat.
