It Takes Two is a very forgiving game. It is meant to be played casually. You will resurrect anytime you fall from a platform but when you are in a boss fight, you need to resurrect your partner if he/she dies from taking damage. You can resurrect each other infinitely as long as both of you do not die. Once both players die, the interaction restarts from the beginning.
