Horizon Zero Dawn is not the game where you jump in guns blazing. You have a bow and arrows, there is no reason to rush into enemies. The game is slower-paced and rewards you for playing like an assassin. Sneak around and hunt your prey to get the maximum efficiency out of your kit.
