All of your Job Skills have a cooldown clock related with them. Button squashing is in many cases a terrible move when in battle. All things being equal, just use Job Skills that relate to your objective's shortcoming and leave the other Job Skills immaculate. Remember that once you switch away from a Job, there will be a quick pause before you can change back to it.
