There is no real reason to not run suppressors on your guns in Extraction. They almost always make killing enemies without alerting the area so much easier. Taking it off does provide a boost in damage, but most enemies die in one shot to a weak point anyway. That extra boost is only worth the noise when fighting the larger Apex or Smasher enemies.
