It may go without saying, but since Disco Elysium is so dialogue-heavy and character-driven, you should go out of your way to talk to as many of the NPCs as you can. Additionally, it’s always a good idea to follow up with certain NPCs that you talk with frequently. Characters — rather than the overview world itself, often lead to the most meaningful in-game progression.
