Make it a point to fast travel via Obelisk to check old towns you’ve previously visited. The shops sometimes have valuable items in stock that they didn’t before! A simple way to go about this is by using fast travel and then upon arriving, view your map. Check to see that the shop icon has a small dot next to it, this means there’s new items in stock.
