Exploiting a powerful enemy's weakness by breaking down their shields for All Out Attacks require a lot of SP, especially later in the game. Consider another approach and use your SP to debuff enemies and buff party members. You can do a lot of damage this way compared to going for All Out Attacks. Save your AOA for a final death blow instead.
