Returnal is a game that requires quick reflexes and timing so you might find that yourself needing to use Sprint most of the time. It's beneficial to enable the Always Sprint option to have one less button to press: 1. Go to Options Menu > Settings. 2. Press R1 to go to the Gameplay tab. 3. Go the the TO SPRINT setting and change to Always Sprint.
