South of Hearthome city, you can find the Pokemansion, which gives you access to the trophy garden. Mr. Backlot, the mansion owner, will claim that there is a particular type of pokemon in his garden. And he will have that pokemon. Every day you speak to him, he will add a different type of pokemon to the garden. But this is only available after you get the national Pokedex.
