Kerenzikov is a Nervous System Cyberware mod that allows you to slow time during dodging, evading, or dashing. To use it, aim down sights and double tap the dodge/crouch button (tap or press once with Dynamic controls) or while you're sliding, hold down the aim button. You'll slow down for a few seconds allowing you to line up a shot in slow motion.
