After talking to Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing in Roundtable Hold, he mentions an Albinauric woman named Latenna near a cave to the west of the Laskyar Ruins. The specific location he's referring to is the Slumbering Wolf's Shack is in Liurnia which can be reached from the Lakeside Crystal Cave. There's a site of grace at that location so if you have it unlocked already simply fast travel.
