Near Anya is a red portal that takes you directly to Nihlathak's Temple. Once teleporting, you'll make your way into the Halls of Anguish and then from there you need to find the Halls of Pain (Waypoint) which eventually lead to the Halls of Vaught. Nihlathak is located inside the Halls of Vaught.
