When you have a symbol tattooed on your hand, it is unlocked on the wheel or ring. At first you can open one door. To unlock it, go to the wheel depicted in the image and press the highlighted symbol. Go into the unlocked area and get your next tattoo. Use this to unlock the next two doors.
