Dusk Diver 2 rewards players with a bunch of upgrade materials, armor, weapon, and gems. While these equip able items give you a stat boost, there is a level up menu where you can use upgrade materials to level up your stats. Use that menu to upgrade your character and put points on which stat you want to upgrade.
