MSQ, also known as Main Scenario Quests must be completed fully if you want to progress further. For many people, it’s a problem. However, all dungeons and raids are locked behind the main scenario quests. You can enable the MSQ from UI settings. It will be mentioned in the MSQ interface how many quests you have pending.
