To increase the ability of Alchemists to craft, you can increase it to level 90. The Disciple of Hand skill enables the Alchemists to produce elixirs and potions. To reach level 90, you can complete a Grand Company delivery every day. The experience you’ll gain through the delivery can almost give you half an alchemist every day.
