Throughout the world you'll come across glowing rings on the floor. If your Cyberdeck is upgraded to hack turrets, hold the hack button down (Y on Xbox) next to a ring until the hacking circle fully expands. The turret will be deployed and fire automatically if enemies are nearby. Turrets can be destroyed easily so attack hostiles to protect them.
