There are certain weapons in this game you obtain that can never be replaced once you sell them. Keep in mind that certain weapons might also be needed as part of crafting requirements. Only sell or get rid of weapons that you have a duplicate of or can re-buy. It's worth keeping at least copy one in your inventory just to be safe.
