To enable transmogs, you must have a piece of gear for that slot equipped, like gloves; then, on the main gear screen, hover over the item slot, and you’ll now find an option to Change Appearance. Using the transmog system will allow you to maintain your preferred appearance without losing out on vital gear stats that will carry you through combat encounters.
