Where to find the location of the Tavern: 1. Enter the Runaway Colt Quarter and make your way to Side Street. 2. Once on Side Street, go into the area left of the yellow-outlined door which is the Alley of the One Hundred Thousand Drunks. 3. The entrance to the Tavern of the Happy Program is at the end of the alley on the right.
