There's Only One Way To Change A Pokemon's IV
A pokemon’s Individual Values (IV) determine its stats and potential. And the only way to improve your pokemon’s IV is with bottle caps from the battle tower’s shops, which will cost you 25 battle points. And you can only use bottle caps on Pokemon that are already LVL 100. This will take some time to get a perfect IV pokemon, but it’s worth it.
