Most people will tell you to stay in the air and never touch the ground. But as a Pharah lover, I've learned that playstyle is very matchup dependent. You need to adapt and stay creative. Sometimes it's better to hover slightly above your team and drop when the enemy focuses you. Sometimes you need to spam shields or sightlines. Keep them guessing, adapt, and know when to retreat.
