Flying enemies can be a pain to deal with, especially when mixed with ground units. One thing you can do to even the playing field is to get Herakles Strength. This allows you to lasso and throw objects at enemies. And you can upgrade this godly ability to unlock Herakles Leap, which pulls you towards flying enemies to attack them with an aerial combo.
