Lure enemies one at a time if possible. Make sure you’re in a safe area away from cliffs or places where you can fall. Slowly walk towards the closest enemy until they’re alerted (firing projectiles works too) and sprint or back away as they follow you. Sometimes groups are unavoidable but 1 vs. 1 is the safest.
