Make sure that you’re not blocking with a shield. Walk slowly behind an enemy (hold the analog stick lightly forward for a slow walk). Line up your weapon with the center of the enemy’s back and press the Light Attack button. This can be done with any melee weapon as long as you don’t alert the enemy.
