Fast travel is an efficient, convenient way to move around each map. While you can only heal at basecamps, you can fast travel to the points where you find Noble pokemon or various settlements you come across. With this in mind, it’s often better to fast travel back to camp to heal and then fast travel to a point further away, instead of using all your available potions and revives.
